Seagrass Storage Baskets Set of 3 - Hand-Woven Wicker Organizer for Shelves & Bathroom

Was SO excited to receive this woven basket set, however there is definitely a quality control issue.The 2 smaller sizes do NOT match in color.For the larger size, the handles are cheap looking.Overall the weave is nice.Returning to Amazon. ?These baskets are well constructed and have a simple but attractive appearance that works well with a variety of home or office decors. We are current using them in the restroom counters at our workplace and they look nice and have retained their shape.I got the Water Hyacinth basket set & it's a unique & eye-pleasing way to store things. :) It's a bit pricey, but all natural or handmade things usually are. & you can feel good knowing you're helping people in Vietnam make a living doing something that's safe for them & uses natural materials. :DI'm using mine to keep things orderly in my closets since I don't want the hassle of having to dust/clean them often by having them out...I wouldn't want to damage them over time by having to dust them often. So for me, I think they're great for organizing things in closets! & if I ever have to open up my hall or foyer closets when a guest is here, at least there's some eye-pleasing baskets to make the closets look better inside than just a bunch of stuff stacked on shelves.I think they'd also be nice to store magazines in for guests...I could keep the larger basket filled with a variety of magazines in my closet, & then just pull it out when guests come over for some instant reading entertainment for them while I'm cooking. Plus the basket would probably wind up becoming an interesting topic of conversation as well! :)I like these. They are not perfect and one of the lesser quality items made of this material that I have (which is only a couple). There is a large gap between the “frame” and woven material on one so it looks unfinished (since it is). I do love the large basket.These are very pretty. They say they are handmade in Vietnam. I hope that's true!They do have a slight odor at first. I put them outside in the sun and it seemed to dissipate quickly.There are a variety of sizes. My TP rolls do not fit in the 3 part basket. But they are great for a bathroom.I needed a narrow basket to hold things on my porch. There is a shelf under my table out there and we keep things like sunscreen, little binoculars to watch birds, a lighter for candles, and other little random things. It fits really nicely there! I then had the other two baskets and wasn't sure what I was going to use them for, however we recently had a party and I wished I had more of them! I used the other 3 compartment one for cutlery, and the big one held those cardboard popcorn containers to pass around when we showed movies outside. 12 containers fit in there. And I could just refill it when it started to get empty.They are lightweight, but sturdy since they are made of a grass material. I like that they are deeper than many trays so things like the popcorn or bags of hot dog buns or cups or whatever don't have to be balanced to carry them. They went well with our "Midsummer" decor for the party and will look equally nice for our next "Harvest/Halloween" party. I already have them ready to go with my next party supplies!They would be nice for not just food/kitchen, but really anywhere. They could hold towels and toiletries in a bathroom or small items in a closet...really anywhere you have small things that you want to contain in a pretty way!I like these baskets but the price is a little shocking to me.They don’t seem like they are going to stay together long as some of the edges appear to be fraying on the big basket. The material is tough and itchy, it’s not my favorite. I like the design and I think they will be together longer than a cheaper one but I wouldn’t buy these again.Nice set of baskets. However it depends on what type of storage you want to use these for. The three compartment baskets sections are too small for some bathroom things I wanted to store, but the large basket is great and can double as a gift basket
