I sent the seller a message and they responded very quickly, under 24 hours. By the next day I had a replacement and couldn't be happier. The little organizers work perfectly and make everything fit much nicer.They were just right for the space I needed them for.If you have something you want to store that is close to the stated width or length, be aware that there is a significant difference between the stated dimensions and the actual inside measurement.The item description says it is 10.3 x 2.45 x 5 inches, which is flat-out nonsense. That's for a wide shallow basket.The bullet point says it is 10.3" W X 3.15" D X 2.45" H. That's the OUTSIDE dimensions.The actual INSIDE dimensions are:LENGTH: 9 3/4" at the rim, 9 1/2" below the rim, then sloping slightly inward to a flat bottom almost 9 1/4" long.WIDTH: 2 5/8" at the rim, just under 2 1/2" below the rim, and just over 2 1/8" at the bottomHEIGHT: 2 3/8" to the top, just under 2" from the bottom of the basket to the bottom of of the rim.I was planning to use these to organize Ziploc small square containers, but they hang suspended from the top instead of sitting on the bottom. I am not a happy camper. Now I need to figure out whether there is some other use I can find for these, or whether I should return them...and I'm on the search again for organizers.Very small
